Experienced Full Stack Account Management Leader – Customer Success & Growth Strategist

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business success and improve patient care. **Job Summary** As a Manager, Account Management (Customer Success), you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring each customer experiences the full value that careerzynith brings to their pharmaceutical supply chain. You'll be the primary point of contact for our hospital-owned retail and outpatient customers, providing strategic guidance, support, and solutions to meet their evolving needs. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that set us apart in the industry. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and customer success in the hospital-owned retail and outpatient space * Build and lead a high-performing team of account managers, providing coaching, development, and training to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, inventory, customer onboarding, contracts/pricing, collections, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Analyze customer data to identify best practices, evaluate customer needs, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and customer success * Create and consistently review policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience, ensuring that team members are equipped to provide strategic direction and support * Manage territory assignments, ensuring that customers are aligned with the right account manager and receiving the support they need to succeed * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance and support to drive business success * Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals, ensuring that they align with our company values and mission * Ensure that employees operate within guidelines, making decisions that have a short-term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers **Qualifications** * Proven people management experience in a corporate setting, with a track record of successfully developing and leading high-performing teams * Advanced knowledge of careerzynith Pharmaceutical Distribution services and systems, including retail pharmacy and specialty pharma * Strong collaboration across multiple teams, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive growth through strategic partnerships * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire a team while also rolling up sleeves and digging into details * Ability to build a team from the ground up, with experience leading a new team a plus * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill large information sets into concise, actionable bites * Track record of successfully developing and maintaining key relationships with a customer base, becoming involved in their strategy **What is Expected of You and Others at this Level** * Manage department operations and supervise professional employees, front-line supervisors, and/or business support staff * Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals * Ensure employees operate within guidelines * Make decisions that have a short-term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers * Interact with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels, may interact with senior management * Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects * Gain consensus from various parties involved **Compensation and Benefits** * Anticipated Pay Range: $87,500.00 - 121,700.00 USD * Bonus Eligible: Yes * Benefits: careerzynith offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being, including: + Medical, dental, and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before payday with myFlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application Window** The application window for this opportunity is anticipated to close on 08/20/2025.
