**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Cycle Sales Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle post sales hiring within our Customer Excellence organization. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for managing a full-cycle recruiting process, building and executing developed hiring strategies, and partnering with hiring managers and teams to drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Cycle Sales Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on post sales within Customer Excellence
* Building and executing developed hiring strategies to attract top talent
* Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to drive business results
* Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
* Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
* Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects
* Mentoring other members of the Talent Acquisition team on a formal or ad-hoc basis
* Other responsibilities as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles within sales (post or pre)
* Success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and evergreen positions
* Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
* Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
* Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
* Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
