**Key Responsibilities**
As a Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their banking accounts, products, and services
* Assisting customers with account inquiries, including balances, transactions, and statements
* Resolving customer concerns related to online banking, debit/credit cards, and transactions
* Providing information on bank products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
* Processing account updates, including address changes, stop payments, and new product enrollments
* Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further action
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns
* Meeting or exceeding call handling and customer satisfaction metrics
* Accurately documenting customer interactions in the bank's system
* Staying informed about bank policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
* Strong typing skills and basic software skills, with the ability to navigate our customer relationship management system
