As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers, helping them navigate the ever-evolving world of fiber and digital services.
**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll join a dynamic team of technical support professionals who are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
* Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features within the fiber and/or copper network, utilizing your knowledge of communication and networking components to configure customer equipment.
* Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions, creating and sorting trouble reports to ensure seamless issue resolution.
* Communicating clearly and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
* Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a dedication to customer service excellence, with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. You'll thrive in a fast-paced work environment, enjoying the challenge of helping our customers connect to the digital world. While a related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience is preferred, we're open to candidates with a passion for technical support and customer service.

* A related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience in a technical support role.
* Technical support call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
