Job Summary
arenaflex is currently seeking Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representatives for part-time positions. This role offers a competitive hourly wage, flexible working hours under 4 hours per day, and the opportunity to work remotely from any location. Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Training will be provided to ensure that you are well-equipped to handle any customer inquiries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with booking flights and changing reservations
