**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to customers via social media platforms and business websites. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our clients' products and services, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide live chat support to customers via social media platforms and business websites
* Handle incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide product and service information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook Messenger
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Availability of 10+ hours per week
