Our dynamic remote team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** As an Email Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and quality responses to our customers' inquiries regarding their orders in our stores. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, addressing complaints, and offering solutions within company policy * Collaborating with the internal team to resolve customers' inquiries and complaints * Following established guidelines and procedures for email handling **Key Performance Indicators** To ensure success in this role, you'll be expected to: * Maintain a minimum Customer Satisfaction Score of 3.0 * Work on at least 10 emails per hour * Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with adherence to assigned schedule **Your Team** When you join arenaflex, you'll be reporting to one of our two Customer Service Team Leaders, who are based in the Philippines and work alongside team members from the Philippines. Our Customer Service Team is responsible for providing timely and quality resolution to our customers' inquiries and complaints. **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * At least 2 months of experience in the eCommerce industry, specifically in the dropshipping business model * Previous experience in a similar role * Previous experience in Shopify and Gorgias or Zendesk **Interview Process** Our interview process typically involves: 1. Application submission 2. Invitation to take a 20-minute written examination (Gorilla Assessment) 3. Initial interview with our Recruiter 4. Culture fit interview with our HR Manager 5. Final interview with the CS Team 6.
