As a Document Specialist / Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

* **Document Preparation**: Process documents in preparation for homeowners selling their home, ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
* **New Homeowner Registration**: Register new homeowners in the system, providing a seamless experience for our clients.
* **Record Compilation**: Compile records for processing, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
* **Data Entry**: Perform data-entry tasks within industry-specific software and Excel, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Invoice and Payment Processing**: Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* **Document Scanning and Assignment**: Scan and assign documents, maintaining a organized and efficient workflow.
**Requirements**
