**Responsibilities**
As a Document Controller | Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing and interpreting 401k statements to extract relevant data with high precision
* Entering and maintaining data in a new database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Leveraging Google Docs for data entry and record management, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary in-house database
* Communicating effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms, providing timely updates and feedback
* Handling 7-10 documents on a daily basis, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms
* Providing assistance with reporting needs as required, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and insights
* Navigating complex documents comfortably and efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Working flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time, ensuring seamless communication with our team
* Utilizing a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
* Proven proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on self-motivation and initiative
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights from complex data sets
**Nice-to-haves**

* Experience with proprietary in-house databases and PDFs for data handling and management
