**Key Responsibilities**
As a Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives
* Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

**Essential Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management strategies and business process improvements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and standards, including Basel III and COSO
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data science tools and technologies, such as Python, R, or SQL
* Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and applications
* Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
* Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies
* Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
