As a Digital Live Chat Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Digital Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Interacting with our customers through inbound chats in a timely manner, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate our products and services. * Assisting customers in identifying RVs that fit their needs, using your knowledge of our product offerings and industry expertise to make informed recommendations. * Improving customer experience by supporting and encouraging their decision to participate in the RV community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection with our brand. * Scheduling RV sales appointments with our customers to meet with our dealership specialists and tracking in our CRM, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. * Maintaining brand consistency by directing customers to brand-specific resources, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all touchpoints. * Constantly achieving established performance goals of the position, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and other key metrics. * Identifying and helping to solve customer issues quickly and effectively, using your problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to resolve complex queries. **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A commitment to customer experience and providing the best support for first-time and long-time campers, RV enthusiasts, and outdoor enthusiasts. * Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills, using your analytical mind to resolve complex customer queries. * Strong work ethic, with the ability to act independently, be self-motivated, and work within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. * Strong written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication, using your writing skills to craft engaging and informative responses. * PC keyboarding and internet experience needed, with a typing speed of > 55 WPM. * Ability and desire to learn about the RV & Outdoor industries, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. * Past professional experience and accomplished employment history, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. * Ability to effectively communicate via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, live chat, and other digital channels, using your verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues. * Adaptable to constantly changing environments, with a flexible and open-minded approach to new challenges and opportunities. * High school diploma or equivalent and/or 2+ years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a customer-facing role. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Bilingual (Spanish) language skills, enabling you to communicate with customers who speak Spanish. * Experience working in the RV and Outdoor industries, with knowledge of our products and services. * Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools used in customer service and sales. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
