**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
* Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents.
* Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration.
* Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the success of our Customs Brokerage team.
**Qualifications**

* An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
