As a remote employee, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive community that values flexibility, work-life balance, and professional growth. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders. If you're a team player with a passion for logistics and a growth mindset, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency * Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to facilitate the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring seamless processing and minimizing delays * Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards at all times * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall performance and success **Qualifications** * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration) * Effective interpersonal skills, including: + Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficient computer skills, including: + Solid data entry with high accuracy rates + Email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in the field of logistics and supply chain management * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
