**Job Summary:**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This critical function involves working with shared mailboxes, resolving issues from various regions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to our team's success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records
* Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues from various regions
* Identify and correct errors in multiple reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Reconcile eligibility records between systems, ensuring seamless data flow
* Monitor and track records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and implement green resolutions
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
**Required Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record-keeping
* Strong understanding of healthcare industry operations and regulations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, or related fields
