**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis, starting in March 2025. As a full-time employee, you'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, located within the states of Minnesota or Wisconsin. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include:
* Consistently achieving both quality and production standards by accurately and efficiently processing data
* Working independently and quietly with minimal supervision, utilizing your exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrating a complete understanding of business rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all data entry tasks
* Reviewing and performing data verification routines in accordance with arenaflex procedures, maintaining the highest level of data integrity
* Ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) and adhering to all relevant data protection regulations
* Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, ensuring standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous high-volume data entry experience, with a strong typing speed of 50+ WPM and 95% accuracy
* Proficiency in using a 10-key pad and mouse, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and memorize hot keys/shortcuts
* A personal desktop, PC, or laptop with a 10-key pad and mouse, running Windows 8.1 or higher
* Wi-Fi security with WPA2 protection or better
* The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
* A private office space that is not in a shared, common household area
* A computer with a 10-key keypad and mouse
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
