**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our health insurance operations team by researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries from clients, agents, and other stakeholders in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Evaluate customer situations, make decisions, and respond quickly to questions
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED (education verification is not required)
* 1 year of customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
* Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service experience
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong computer skills, including navigation in Outlook and general computer proficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production and quality standards
