We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and compliance in Consumer Banking. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to perform a range of tasks, including data testing and verification, data entry, and report preparation. As a key member of our Consumer Banking team, you'll work closely with internal partners to execute quality control activities, analyze data, and identify trends. Your expertise in regulatory compliance and ability to communicate effectively with leadership will be invaluable in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform data testing and verification, data entry, and report preparation with minimal supervision * Conduct quality control reviews in various Consumer Banking related areas to ensure accuracy, data integrity, timeliness, and completion * Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, document findings, and create reports to be delivered to leadership within pre-determined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Collaborate with internal partners to execute quality control activities and propose methods of testing and reporting * Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing banking regulations and operations, including arenaflex's Compliance Program and associated policies and procedures * Acquire and apply a maturing knowledge of the regulatory landscape to ensure proper compliance with laws and internal processes * Serve as an informal subject matter resource, assisting the first line of defense with quality, compliance, and regulatory questions related to operational and business execution **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, quality control, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with leadership and internal partners * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly * Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and banking regulations * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or accounting * Experience working in a Consumer Banking or financial services environment * Certification in a related field, such as quality control or compliance * Strong knowledge of arenaflex's Compliance Program and associated policies and procedures * Experience working with data analytics tools and software applications **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with leadership and internal partners * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team * Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and banking regulations * Ability to learn new software applications quickly and adapt to changing priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
