Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Support for careerzynith's QIC DME Team

With a strong commitment to excellence, we strive to create a work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As an Admin 1 - Data Entry, your primary responsibilities will include: * Entering accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring high-quality data entry and minimal errors. * Producing and maintaining data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues, and alerting management accordingly. * Performing database queries to assist with analysis and reporting, and resolving issues when necessary. * Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and reliable. * Undertaking special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management, and ensuring timely completion. * Performing audits of own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. * Assisting in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management. * Providing assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing decision letters. * Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases. * Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information. * Determining if work assignments need supervisor intervention. * Performing other duties as may be assigned by management. **Minimum Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. * 0-2 years of relevant experience required. * Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred. * Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred. * Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years. **Home Office Requirements** As a remote worker, you will be required to meet the following home office requirements: * Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity). * Minimum 5mbps upload speed. * Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. * Private work area and adequate power source. * Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US. **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. * Familiarity with Medicare Appeals and Systems. * Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
