**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone, accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and adapt to new processes as necessary. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage incoming service requests via email and phone, accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers, resolving concerns and adapting to new processes as necessary
* Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Utilize multiple screens and multitasking skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience in data entry/order entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working with multiple screens and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with upset customers and provide solutions to their concerns
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

**Compensation and Benefits**
* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
