**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing child support payments, both paper and electronic forms, in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to strict schedules and timelines
* Collaborating with the careerzynith team to ensure seamless data entry and processing
* Staying up-to-date with the latest software and technology to optimize data entry efficiency
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent data entry skills, including proficiency in keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also being a team player
* Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
