**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry/ Data Wiping Technician at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and secure processing of IT assets. Your primary responsibilities will include capturing and uploading relevant device information into our inventory management system, performing data wiping steps using Blancco, and triaging and routing assets based on technical relevance and physical condition. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the department, adhering to strict data sanitization and destruction procedures, and preserving technical skills through ongoing training.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately capture and upload all relevant device information into arenaflex's inventory management system, including finding serial numbers and manufacturers on computers and removing hardware as necessary
* Perform data wiping steps using Blancco to ensure client equipment is wiped clean and secure
* Triage and route assets based on technical relevance, generation, physical condition, and internal components
* Understand nuanced requirements, deadlines, and due dates between each of arenaflex's customers and prioritize workloads accordingly
* Adhere to strict data sanitization and destruction procedures and regulations when processing data-bearing assets
* Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the department
* Preserve technical skills through participation and ongoing training
**Qualifications**
* Basic knowledge of a wide variety of office and enterprise-grade IT equipment
* High school diploma or equivalent professional credentials
* Very strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
* Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing workload
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel as part of a team
* Ability to use sound judgment in determining priorities and enlisting the support of other internal groups to prevent issues and achieve the best results
* Ability to work on feet for most of the shift and lift heavy objects
* GSuite proficiency
* 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment or capacity preferred
