**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
* **Data Entry**: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Data Management**: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
* **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
* **Account Management**: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process.
* **Inventory Management**: Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
* **Reconciliation**: Reconcile Purchase Orders and ensure accuracy.
* **Additional Duties**: Provide support as needed, including data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
**Required Skills and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proficiency in Data Entry Software**: Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
* **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on ensuring data integrity.
