**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry**: Enter information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content.
* **Data Verification**: Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy, comparing data with source documents and utilizing documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors.
* **Task Management**: Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
* **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Quick and Accurate Typing**: Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
* **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information.
* **Integrity and Discretion**: Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
