As a key member of our administrative team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our databases. Your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Preparing documentation for filing and associated correspondence * Obtaining supporting information and documentation to ensure efficient administration of files * Responding to queries and requests from creditors and debtors in a timely manner * Liaising with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues * Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information * Preparing and reviewing files for completeness and following up on outstanding documents * Liaising with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution * Organizing file documents in accordance with our naming protocols * Calculation of income and surplus income obligations * Understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions * Performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value * Creating documents required for signature * Reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, as well as filing documents with the Official Receiver * Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software) * Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential * Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents * Electronic filing of statutory documents * Preparing documents for DocuSign * Reviewing amended proposals * Other tasks may be assigned as necessary **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Experience performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy * Extremely detailed-oriented and organized * Exceptional technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn computer software quickly * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others * Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Flexible work arrangements * Vacation and wellness days * Extended health and dental coverage as well as a virtual doctor plan * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources * Company matching retirement savings plan * Financial support for professional development * Annual company events * Exclusive access to perks and discounts **Our Culture at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace that our staff experience every day.
