**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our virtual team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Code and enter data into our computer system or database with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections
* Perform a variety of clerical duties, including contact with other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or to explain simple procedures
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and virtual office support
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
* Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google
* Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies
* US and Canada resident only
