As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Code and enter data into our computer system or database with high accuracy and attention to detail * Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections * Perform a variety of clerical duties, including contact with other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or to explain simple procedures * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow * Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and virtual office support **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities * Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google * Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies * US and Canada resident only **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with data entry software and databases * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a virtual or remote work environment * Knowledge of PBIS strategies and implementation * Certification in data entry or a related field * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with data entry software and databases * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
