**Job Summary**
We're looking for Data Entry Assistants who can work from home remotely and help us manage our client information, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain our online presence. As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for updating client information in Google Sheets, answering customer texts through our texting platform, and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Update client information in Google Sheets, including demographic data, contact information, and training schedules
* Respond to customer inquiries and messages through our texting platform, providing timely and accurate support
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and data
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
* Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Sheets
* Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Notable listening skills and ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
