**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Analyst to join our team. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data within our systems. You'll work closely with our Sales Team to identify and resolve data-related issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data quality processes. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Management**: Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
* **Data Validation**: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction.
* **Reporting**: Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, and prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data for the Sales Team.
* **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
* **Process Improvement**: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs and enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
* **Documentation**: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
* **Analytical Skills**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* **Proactive Approach**: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
* **Efficiency**: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* **Sales Experience**: Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
