**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our High-Level Investigation, Content Group, applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, uncover new opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. Your expertise will help us to:
* **Apply Advanced Analysis Methods:** Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data and drive business decisions.
* **Investigate Client Behavior:** Analyze client behavior, preferences, and viewing patterns to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* **Predict Content Engagement:** Use predictive analytics to forecast content engagement and inform securing decisions.
* **Develop and Refine Content Launch and Episode Release Strategies:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content launch and episode release strategies.
* **Test and Refine Marketing Strategies:** Test and refine marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
* **Develop New Metrics and KPIs:** Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for strategic and operational decision-making.
* **Provide Ad-Hoc Analysis Support:** Provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth.
* **Communicate Insights:** Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.**
* **At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment and media industry.**
* **Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python.**
* **Experience with statistical analysis and AI procedures, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.**
* **Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.**
* **Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.**
**Nice to Have:**
* **Master's Degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.**
