As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through advanced data analysis and interpretation. Your expertise will be applied to a wide range of tasks, including:
* **Data Analysis:** Apply advanced data analysis methods, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to drive business decisions and identify new opportunities.
* **Client Behavior Analysis:** Investigate client behavior, including type preferences and viewing patterns, to identify neglected client needs and untapped content opportunities.
* **Content Commitment Prediction:** Anticipate content commitment to inform securing decisions and optimize content delivery.
* **Content Launch and Episode Release Strategy:** Develop and implement strategies for content launch and episode release, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
* **Marketing Methodology Testing:** Test and refine marketing methodologies to improve commitment and retention.
* **Measurement and KPI Development:** Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic and tactical decision-making.
* **Specialized Investigation Support:** Provide specialized investigation support to partners to drive business outcomes.
* **Data Storytelling:** Communicate complex data insights through compelling data storytelling, ensuring that stakeholders understand and act on key findings.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Bachelor's Degree:** In Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
* **3+ Years of Experience:** In data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SQL, with experience in R or Python.
* **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply imagination and creativity to complex problems.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication.
