**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance for our clients
* Processing and arranging shipments for customs release from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
* Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government organizations (PGAs)
* Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
* Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations
* Working closely with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service to clients
* Processing organizational financier shipments
* Handling distant filings
* Ensuring all service and operational strategies are followed
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Required skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to utilize various systems and reference materials
* Collaborative and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government organizations, internal staff, and management at all levels
