This is a remote data entry position, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and government agencies * Process and verify customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin * Ensure accurate and timely customs clearance of shipments, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and tracing information * Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues * Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings * Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including those related to customs, tariffs, and export controls * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international trade, logistics, or business administration * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred * At least 6 months of work experience in a related field, such as customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade * Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including those related to import and export * Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote data entry environment * Knowledge of international trade regulations, including those related to tariffs, export controls, and customs procedures * Familiarity with customs software and systems, including those related to customs clearance and compliance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation * Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including those related to import and export * Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering a range of training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your career.
