**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional client care and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
* Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
* Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and participating government agencies (PGAs)
* Maintaining and updating shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
* Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations
* Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service
* Processing organizational financier shipments
* Managing distant filings and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
* Ensuring adherence to all service and operational standards
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)
* High School Certificate or GED required
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Required skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
* Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to use various systems and reference materials
* Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field
* Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance
* Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Arabic)
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Certification in customs brokerage or a related field
