As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to corporate customers, ensuring ticket resolution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Technical Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Addressing customer inquiries and issues by following established guidelines and protocols, escalating more complex issues as needed * Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to resolve customer issues related to our products or services via live chat * Utilizing internal tools to conduct technical walkthroughs and demos to assist customers in navigating and following instructions to solve the issue and use our products efficiently * Documenting case information and updating the Product Knowledge base for both customers and internal teams * Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and goals * Working flexible hours (UTC): Sunday to Thursday (09:00 PM - 06:00 AM) or Tuesday to Saturday (09:00 PM - 06:00 AM) **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * English: C1 level (CEFR) or equivalent to IELTS 7.0 * At least one of the following criteria: + A minimum of 1 year's experience with Shopify, HTML & CSS, UI/UX, or experience with page builder products or similar tools in SaaS/E-commerce + This position is available for candidates working as product designers, web designers, web developers, etc. without customer support experience * Good CS Mindset/Skillset: the ability to calm and handle customers in difficult/urgent/critical situations, prioritize different customer support levels * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with all personality types * Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of agile project management methodologies * Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong technical skills, including HTML, CSS, and UI/UX * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team * Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
