**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience by providing timely solutions to customer inquiries, collaborating with team members to address customer issues, and developing essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely solutions through various communication channels
* Support the team in enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
* Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
* Gain insights into customer service operations and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations, preparing you for a successful career in customer support
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and related areas
**Requirements:**
* Availability to work from home on a part-time basis (Flexible start date between 4th December 2024 and 8th January 2025)
* Ability to commit to a 3-month internship duration
* Relevant skills and interests in customer support, communication, and problem-solving
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications, including email, chat, and phone systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Stipend and Perks:**
* Competitive stipend of INR 10,000-15,000 per month
