**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and communication tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
