This partnership has enabled us to expand our reach and provide SaaS solutions to over 1 million users. **Your Mission** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding and helping our US-based customers with any queries they may have regarding payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing solutions via email and chat, researching and explaining our services, and evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat to our US-based customers * Research and explain arenaflex services to customers, addressing their queries and concerns * Evaluate updates to our products and recommend possible improvements * Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless support and service * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services * Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior support team members **Requirements** * At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position * Full professional proficiency in English * Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase * Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn **Added Values** * Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments * Experience with HTML/CSS * Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix) * Experience with Google Tag Manager * Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we believe in the power of remote work.
