**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing issues
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
