You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll also be responsible for overseeing the route optimization for our technicians, ensuring that they're equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat * Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs * Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) * Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers * Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance * Inform customers about new offers or services * Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved * Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams * Oversee the route optimization for technicians **Requirements** * Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role * Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus * Understanding of how CRM systems work * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Multi-tasking abilities * Patience when handling challenging customers and situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the pool industry * Knowledge of CRM systems and software * Experience with social media monitoring and customer service * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to analyze and report product malfunctions and technical issues * Strong understanding of CRM systems and software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
