**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on helping customers overcome any challenges they may face with careerzynith's software. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction
* Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the careerzynith platform
* Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
* Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
**What Makes You a Great Fit?**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
* Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
