**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, home-based basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across various platforms, including email, direct messages, and text messages. You'll also be responsible for managing customer support operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our co-founders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding to emails, direct messages, and text messages with a warm, engaging, and brand-aligned tone.
* Manage customer support operations across various platforms, including Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo, processing refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications.
* Maintain meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement.
* Develop and maintain efficient internal systems for streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports.
* Provide administrative support to co-founders, including scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks.
* Proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or psychedelic industry.
* Demonstrates a genuine enjoyment of enhancing customer experiences.
* Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management and system creation.
* Possesses advanced proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and G Suite; familiarity with Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy is considered advantageous.
* Displays excellent written communication abilities, capable of adapting to the brand's established tone.
* Operates as a self-starter with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
* Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks and communications.
* Comfortably manages independent work and time allocation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with psychedelic products or in the industry.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Experience with data analysis and presentation.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
