**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our team to identify customer needs, resolve technical issues, and provide personalized solutions to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
* Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
* Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
* Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
* Inform customers about new offers or services
* Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
* Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
* Oversee the route optimization for technicians
**Requirements**
* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote environment
