As a champion of customer experience, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is an on-site position, requiring a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer experience support concerns, including promptly returning messages via phone, text, and email * Making outbound calls to customers to provide updates on installation and service status * Scheduling warranty appointments for the Service Department * Entering and maintaining all customer records and job-related information into CRM Database * Providing work orders to Service Measure Tech daily * Auditing orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded * Generating and distributing Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports prior to scheduled meeting * Providing support for PSG/CSC for assigned division(s) * Managing routine customer concerns and helping facilitate escalated customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution * Processing electronic credit card and check payments * Assisting with receiving product(s) in CRM Database and/or F&O * Supporting division(s) in Accounts Receivable collections and management * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * 5 years' customer support experience preferred * Experience in the home improvement industry a plus * Must be a service-oriented team player with a high energy level; capable of multi-tasking, self-direction, and working well with others * Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written; customer service/multi-phone line experience helpful * Excellent work ethic, solid attendance record, and attention to detail * Excellent written and oral communication skills, including phone skills **Essential Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues * Proficiency in CRM Database and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
