Key Responsibilities
As a careerzynith TurboTax Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple platforms. - Technical Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with careerzynith TurboTax software navigation, helping customers understand complex tax forms and maximize their return accuracy
- Document Retrieval: Guide customers in locating and accessing prior-year tax returns and amendments through careerzynith's secure document management system
- Multi-Channel Support: Deliver exceptional service across various platforms including video-enabled phone support and traditional chat channels
