Our vibrant locations in downtown Mountain View, Nashville, and Austin offer a unique blend of work and play, making us an attractive choice for professionals looking for a dynamic and rewarding career. **The Role** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in implementing arenaflex's Accounts Payable Automation Platform for new customers and providing them with exceptional support, onboarding, training, and customer success. This will involve: * Helping customers implement our platform and integrating it with their accounting systems, such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks * Providing timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter * Collaborating with our sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers * Developing and maintaining knowledge of our platform and its features to provide expert guidance to customers * Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of AP processes and procedures * Experience with at least one of the following accounting systems: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or Oracle * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel and other productivity tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and best practices * Knowledge of AP automation solutions and their benefits * Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot * Familiarity with agile project management methodologies * Certification in AP or a related field, such as AP Manager or AP Specialist **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform support decisions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
