Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Listening carefully to customers and evaluating their situations to provide appropriate solutions
- Handling customer interactions with empathy and care, even in stressful situations
- Providing assistance with various services, including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more
- Working independently to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and multi-tasking
- The ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
- The ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
- Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors required to be fluent in English and Spanish or English and French

- A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS
- A wired internet connection for tech setups, education classes, and working hours
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
- A wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad, and a willingness to install an authentication app related to program work
Compensation and Benefits
As a contractor with Working Solutions, you'll enjoy:
- A competitive contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour
- The potential to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour
- Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and the potential to earn an equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour
