Our contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times. Plus, you'll be guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. **Schedule** This seasonal contract runs through April 15th, 2025 (Tax Day), and offers flexible schedule opportunities. You'll have the ability to create your own schedule, with available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. Weekday and weekend options are available, so you can choose the schedule that works best for you. **Skills Needed** To succeed as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need: * **A sincere desire to assist the customer**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, so we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. * **Tech savvy and avid computer user**: You'll need to be comfortable navigating multiple systems and troubleshooting technical issues. * **Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems**: You'll be handling multiple customer interactions at once, so you'll need to be able to prioritize and manage your time effectively. * **Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor**: You'll be interacting with customers via phone and chat, so you'll need to be able to communicate effectively and professionally. **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure that you're able to provide the best possible service to our customers, we require: * **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions. * **Organized desk area**: You'll need to be able to keep your workspace organized and clutter-free. * **Professional appearance (if on camera)**: If you'll be interacting with customers via video chat, you'll need to present yourself professionally. **Technology Requirements** To perform your duties as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need: * **Personal computer (no tablet)**: You'll need a dedicated computer that's specifically for work. * **Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS**: You'll need a fast and reliable internet connection to handle multiple customer interactions. * **Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)**: You'll need a wired internet connection to ensure that you're able to access our systems securely. * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**: You'll need to be running one of these operating systems to access our systems. * **Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date**: You'll need to have antivirus software installed and running to protect our systems. * **USB headset with microphone**: You'll need a high-quality headset to communicate effectively with customers. * **Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility**: If you're a Mac user, you'll need to have a specific configuration to access our systems. * **A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract**: We'll provide a webcam for you to use during your contract. **Important Information** Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind. **Language Requirement** English is the primary language required for this role. **Working Solutions** arenaflex is a remote work opportunity that offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home.
