**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own PC and high-speed internet connection. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, is computer/Internet savvy, and can operate in multiple applications simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use various software applications to manage customer interactions and data

**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
