**About the Role**
As a Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, chat, and email interactions. You will be part of a high-volume contact center that handles over 10 million contacts each year, and you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and resolve a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
* Provide expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to type at least 25 WPM
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
* Previous customer service experience (in-person or remote)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
