**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of listings and support tickets. You'll be an independent worker, managing your tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively
* Manage your tasks and responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision
* Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your ideas and expertise to help us achieve our goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
* Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Native U.S. English speaker
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
