**Join arenaflex as a Remote Customer Support Agent**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Agent. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers. With a focus on delivering exceptional experiences, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded.
**What You'll Do:**
* Provide inbound customer service for a leading company, handling calls from potential and current Legal Shield customers
* Consistently provide a great customer experience, addressing questions and concerns related to billing/payment, services offered, and other issues
* Work closely with clients to resolve issues, provide solutions, and build strong relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
**Shift Options:**
* Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
* Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am; Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
* Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
**Requirements:**
* 1-2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
* Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Background check required
**Required Equipment:**
* A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)
* Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an Ethernet cable
* USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (not wireless)
* Webcam (external or embedded)
